Can I order for my bridal shower/co-workers?

We are here to help with your custom orders, corporate gifts.

For custom orders (wedding favors, corporate gifts etc) please submit your request via our contact page.

Do you offer private label?

We currently do not offer private label to other brands .

SHIPPING

When will my order Ship?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (not including the day order was placed, weekends and government holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking information once it has shipped.

Domestic orders under $40 pay a flat rate of $6-$12 based on weight. Orders over $50 ship free. Our prices are based on USPS shipping estimates. **Free shipping coupon cannot be combined with other coupons.**

How long does shipping take?

All packages are shipped via USPS first class or priority. Please note that we cannot control USPS transit times.

We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you and is equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship your order on time and in good condition.

Once your item is released to the carrier, we are no longer liable in cases of loss or theft. Please contact your local shipping carrier directly with your given tracking number to locate your package.

Do you ship international?

Cloude currently only ships within USA.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If we sent you an item you did not order, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving at cloudeskincare@gmail.com and we will be happy to amend. 

Can I change my order?

Once your order is placed we are unable to make any changes.

Our ingredients are sourced from nature and we are committed to primarily using plant based and plant derived ingredients whenever possible.

The need to take care of ourselves and consider what we put into our bodies is now the new norm. Cloude believes that natural beauty is not a trend but a society standard for product safety. Our goal is to share the ingredients to embrace to help keep our skin healthy. Our products are formulated without:

Where are your products made?

All are skincare is handcrafted in small batch by a certified organic skincare formulator in USA.

Is Cloude skincare for all skin types?

Yes, our products are formulated for all skin types. But we always recommend doing a patch test before trying any new products.

Can I use Cloude products if I am pregnant?

We always suggest consulting a doctor if you are pregnant or lactating and considering adding a new product to your skincare regime.

Are your products vegan friendly?

All of our products are vegan friendly and formulated without animal derived ingredients.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes, none of our formulas or raw materials are tested on animals.
