All are skincare is made small batch by a certified organic skincare formulator in USA.

Is Cloude skincare clean?

The need to take care of ourselves and consider what we put into our bodies is now the new norm. Cloude believes that clean beauty is not a trend but a society standard for product safety. Our goal is to share the ingredients to embrace to help keep our skin healthy. Our products are formulated without:

  • Parabens
  • Synthetic fragrances
  • Mineral oil
  • Pthalates
  • Hydroquinone

Cloude skincare is a clean beauty brand, supported by ethically sourced ingredients and responsible procured packaging. 

Is Cloude skincare all natural?

Our ingredients are sourced from nature and we are committed to primarily using plant based and plant derived ingredients whenever possible.

INGREDIENTS & SAFETY

Are essential oils harmful to skin?

Essential oils are best used at low concentrations. Because Cloude products are handcrafted by a certified organic skincare formulator, we use the correct concentration of essential oils that are beneficial to your skin, while providing a subtle fragrance.

Can I use Cloude products if I'm pregnant?

We always suggest consulting a doctor if you are pregnant or lactating and considering adding a new product to your skincare regime.

What are the ingredients in your products?

Is Cloude skincare vegan?

All of our products are vegan and formulated without animal derived ingredients.

What is the shelf life of the products once opened?

The shelf life is 6-12 months. You will find the shelf life for the specific item on the product label.

Is Cloude skincare cruelty free?

Yes, none of our formulas or raw materials are tested on animals. 

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, all Cloude packaging is made of recyclable glass or plastic.

Do you ship internationally?

Cloude only ships within United States.

We do not offer refunds but we always aim to make sure our customers love our products and if you're completely unhappy with your order, please email us at cloudeskincare@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I change my order?

Once your order is placed we are unable to make any changes.  

What if I receive the wrong item?

If we sent you an item you did not order, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving at cloudeskincare@gmail.com and we will be happy to amend.
