Domestic website orders of $50 or more receive free shipping with code FREESHIP. Domestic orders under $40 pay a flat shipping rate of $6.00 - $8.00. *Free shipping code cannot be combined with other coupons.*

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (not including the day the order was placed, Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays). Once your orders processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped. All packages are shipped via USPS first class. Please note that we cannot control USPS transit times.  

Our shipping prices are based on USPS first class shipping estimates and all orders include delivery confirmation (where available).

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

Please allow up to 24-72 hours for us to process your order. Shipping times vary from 1-5 business days. Once a shipment is released to a carrier, we are no longer liable in case of loss or theft as all packages are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during carriage, please contact us at cloudeskincare@gmail.com

Missing Items

We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you and it is equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship your order on time and in good condition.

Once your item is released to the carrier we are no longer liable in cases of loss or theft. Please contact your local shipping carrier directly with your given tracking number to locate your package.

Handmade Nature of our Items

SUMMER SHIPPING DISCLAIMER - Please note that many of our products, especially our body butters are made with oils and butters that will melt in high temperatures - please keep this in mind when ordering.  We do our best to carefully package items but have no control over the order once it leaves our studio. Packages can be subject to high temps during shipping and transit, hot shipping trucks, warehouses, porches in direct sunlight, etc.  Because of this, we cannot not offer refunds for melted products that are shipped in the summer months. Please make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected in a timely manner and not be left outside in the sun or hot weather.  While melting has no effect on the efficacy and benefits of the product, it can cause the whipped body butter to 'deflate” and the jar to appear partially full.
